Custom Backdrops for your special events. Shapes: Arch, Hexagon, Round or Square with various floral arrangement. Sheer or Opaque Curtains complimentary to your color theme with additional staging props available upon requested. Event Backdrops are custom made according to your style and taste. We have Four types of frames available; the 8ft. Upright, 7.5 ft. Hexagon, 8ft. Round and 9ft. Floral Steel Full Arch. There are two flower walls available; hydrangea wall and the natural green boxwood wall.
PRICES:
1. Basic arch upright $75 black or white with complimentary color theme chiffon sash included. 2. Updright with florals added, extra based on floral selection. Hexagon or Round: $150 complimentary color theme chiffon sash included. 3. Adding lights: $25. 4. Two layers: $150 - 200 5. Floral arrangement in top $250- $350 6. Full flower wall $250 7. Adding a balloon garland $225 to a full flower wall with flowers $350 with additional flowers upt to $500. Balloon letters and numbers range from $50-$300 depending on the number and size of the item.
TERM & CONDITIONS:
By renting with Designs by Lauren Edward Event & Decor Backdrops. the customer understands and agrees to the below Rental Terms, Damage and Insurance, Refund Policy, Cancellation and Order Changes terms:
RENTAL TERMS
The customer is aware that our standard rental period consists of 5 days. The flowers are set to arrive 2 days prior to your wedding date and are to be shipped on the next available shipping day after your wedding date. For example, if your wedding is on a Saturday, your flowers will arrive by the Thursday before and should be shipped back to us by Monday following your wedding. If the your 5th day falls on a holiday, then the florals should be shipped on the next available shipping day to prevent a late fee. Late shipping fees will apply if we are not notified of a late arrival. All items should be packed and returned in the original shipping box to Wedding Flowers for Rent, 42 Idlewood Lane, Clayton, NC 27527 using the included return shipping label.
PAYMENT TERMS
Customers have 2 Options for payment:
1) Make a 50% Deposit to secure your items. Choosing this option allows the customer to pay 50% deposit at checkout, of the total amount due. The remaining balance will be automatically charged when the item ships. There is no need for the customer to resubmit their payment, as we will automatically charge the customer when the item ships for the remaining balance.
2) Pay in Full. This option allows the customer to pay in full at checkout.
DAMAGE AND INSURANCE
A damage waiver fee of $30 will be applied to the total of all outbound floral orders to accommodate small floral incidentals and cover stains and normal wear on our products. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that our products are protected from exposure to (1) water, (2) open flame (3) harm’s way. The customer agrees to handle our products with care throughout their event and to properly pack the items as they came. The damage waiver fee DOES NOT cover items that are not returned. The customer will be FULLY responsible for costs up to 200% to fully replace any item(s) that are not returned or any item that has extensive damage and that is no longer suitable for future rentals.
REFUND POLICY | CANCELLATION
No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 90 days before an event date. If circumstances necessitate rescheduling an event, full credit of monies previously paid will be applied to the new event date.
ORDER CHANGES
We are happy to work with you on order additions as available and ask that you make us aware of such additions as soon as you know. Orders requiring removals should be made to us at least 60 days prior to your event.
